The Human Resource Management (HRM) Branch is responsible for the management of all staff within the department, focusing on policies and systems. HR activities include:
  • employee management functions and organizational development
  • employee recruitment,
  • staff training and development,
  • performance management, appraisals, and rewarding (e.g., managing pay and benefit systems), and
  • other staff management and discipline issues
The department's structure will been re-organised to effectively facilitate the execution of its mandates and attainment of its corporate goals, targets and outcomes.
